*Key Responsibilities:*

* Provide direct patient care as per nursing protocols.

* Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients’ conditions.

* Assist doctors during examinations and treatment procedures.

* Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate records.

* Ensure infection control and hygiene standards are maintained.

* Support patient and family education regarding health management and aftercare.
