**Key Responsibilities:**

* **OTM Implementation & Configuration**:

* Lead the implementation of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) solutions for clients, from initial scoping to deployment.

* Configure OTM modules to meet client requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

* **Business Process Analysis**:

* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze transportation and logistics requirements.

* Translate business requirements into functional specifications and OTM solutions that drive process improvements.

* **System Integration**:

* Design and implement system integrations with third-party applications, ERPs, and other relevant systems.

* Configure and optimize OTM interfaces with external systems such as WMS, TMS, and CRM.

* **Troubleshooting & Optimization**:

* Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for OTM-related issues, including resolving data discrepancies, system errors, and workflow disruptions.

* Continuously monitor OTM system performance and implement optimization strategies to improve efficiency.

* **Training & Documentation**:

* Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users, focusing on key OTM functionalities and best practices.

* Create comprehensive documentation including process flows, functional specifications, user manuals, and support guides.

* **Project Management Support**:

* Work closely with project managers to ensure successful project delivery, keeping timelines and budgets on track.

* Assist in preparing status reports, risk assessments, and project updates.
