Job Description Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts Location: Mumbai

Department: Finance & Accounts

Reporting To: DGM & CFO

Experience Required: 2-5 years

Educational Qualifications  Essential: Chartered Accountant (CA)  Preferred: Any additional professional degree (e.g., CS, CMA, MBA Finance) will be an added advantage Key Responsibilities  Work directly under the guidance of the DGM & CFO  Ensure full compliance with Direct & Indirect Taxation laws  Prepare budgets, forecasts, and monthly MIS reports  Manage and coordinate with Statutory and Internal Auditors  Prepare Audited Financial Statements of the Listed Company, including subsidiary companies, in line with applicable statutory provisions  Ensure compliance with FEMA regulations  Liaise with banks for credit facilities and RBI compliance  Handle quarterly and annual closures, ensuring compliance with all listed company regulations  Support in various ad-hoc finance and compliance activities as directed by senior management Preferred Skills & Attributes  Strong knowledge of accounting standards, Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST  Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills  Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) preferred  Ability to work independently and in a team  High level of integrity and professionalism About SEAMEC Ltd.
