Key Responsibilities

Sales Management:

* Develop and implement sales strategies for fire protection systems.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

* Promote and sell FPS products and services to potential clients, ensuring alignment with client needs.

* Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.

* Negotiate contracts and close sales deals in a timely manner.

* Track sales performance, provide regular reports, and achieve set sales targets.

Estimation & Costing:

* Lead the estimation process for FPS projects, ensuring accurate pricing of materials, labor, and overheads.

* Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and technical proposals based on client specifications and requirements.

* Review and evaluate tender documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.

* Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to develop cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

* Provide detailed analysis and recommendations for cost control and optimization.

* Ensure that all estimates are compliant with company standards and industry regulations.

* Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and monitor project costs to ensure adherence to the approved budget.

Project Coordination:

* Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and scope.

* Provide support for project teams by resolving costing-related issues and advising on the best approach for cost management.

* Monitor project costs throughout the lifecycle and suggest corrective actions as necessary.

* Stay up to date with changes in industry standards, codes, and regulations.
