Job Title: Oracle SCM Functional Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking a mid-level Oracle SCM Functional Consultant with strong domain knowledge and hands-on experience in Oracle EBS/Oracle Cloud SCM modules. The ideal candidate should be able to manage end-to-end SCM cycles, provide functional support, and work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement, configure, and support Oracle SCM modules (Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, iProcurement, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, etc.)
2. Work on requirement gathering, gap analysis, solution design, testing, and UAT support
3. Handle system enhancements, production issues, and change requests
4. Prepare functional documents (MD050, BR100, test scripts, configurations)
5. Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, reports, and integrations
6. Support month-end activities and ensure smooth SCM operations
7. Work on Oracle Cloud releases and regression testing (if Cloud project)

Required Skills:

1. 4–7 years of experience in Oracle SCM (EBS and/or Cloud)
2. Strong functional expertise in Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management
3. Experience in at least 1–2 full-cycle implementations
4. Good understanding of P2P / O2C flows
5. Ability to work independently and interact with business users
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
7. Excellent communication and documentation skills

Good to Have:

1. Oracle Cloud SCM implementation experience
2. Knowledge of Finance/Supply Chain integrations
3. Oracle certifications
