Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily operations across multiple outlets.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold consistent service quality.

• Manage store staff — including scheduling, performance, and discipline.

• Maintain store infrastructure, cleanliness, and equipment functionality.

• Monitor and control Cost of Goods (COGs) while ensuring budget and KPI compliance.

• Conduct regular audits to verify adherence to SOPs and brand standards.

• Lead new store launches, including staff hiring and onboarding.

• Act as the key link between store teams and the central operations department.

• Oversee food quality and hygiene standards across outlets.

• Prepare and submit detailed sales, audit, and performance reports to the Operations Manager and Head of Operations.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in QSR, F&B, or Retail Operations.

• Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to contribute innovative ideas to improve sales and operations.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Willingness to travel across assigned stores (company bike will be provided).

• Self-driven, organized, and committed to maintaining operational excellence.
