Position:- Delivery Associate (Grocery Delivery)

Key Responsibilities:

* Pick up grocery orders from the assigned Blinkit store and deliver them safely and on time to customers.

* Ensure accurate and timely deliveries as per Blinkit’s quick delivery promise.

* Handle cash on delivery (COD) payments and maintain proper records.

* Use Blinkit mobile app to accept and track delivery orders.

* Maintain good communication and polite behavior with customers.

* Follow traffic rules and ensure safety during deliveries.

* Report any issues (delays, wrong orders, app problems) to the supervisor immediately.

Requirements:

* Must have a two-wheeler, valid driving license, and necessary documents (RC, insurance, pollution certificate).

* Basic knowledge of using smartphones and navigation apps (Google Maps).

* Flexible to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
