About the Role:

We are seeking passionate and dynamic individuals to join our team as Consultants at our Experience Centre. At Leverage Edu, our Consultants serve as student-first mentors, guiding and supporting students through their study abroad journey. From helping them shortlist the right-fit courses and universities to ensuring a seamless admission and enrollment process, you will play a pivotal role in transforming their dreams into reality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to and counsel nurses about employment opportunities in Germany.

•  Explain the benefits of working in Germany, including career growth, lifestyle, and financial

• stability.

• Present and sell German language training packages essential for the job opportunity.

• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person meetings.

• Maintain records of prospects, leads, and conversions in CRM tools.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

• Collaborate with the operations and training teams to ensure smooth onboarding of candidates.
