Job Title: MIS Executive Company: Whole9 Yard Location: Kolkata Experience: 2+ years Job Summary: Whole9 Yard is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and generating Management Information System (MIS) reports, analyzing data, and supporting decision-making processes through accurate reporting and data interpretation. The role requires a solid understanding of data analysis and proficiency in Excel and MIS tools. Key Responsibilities:  Prepare and generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.  Analyze business performance and key metrics through data reporting.  Provide insights on trends, business KPIs, and operational efficiency based on MIS reports.  Assist in the preparation of ad-hoc reports and analysis as required by the management team.  Maintain and update data in the system, ensuring its accuracy and integrity.  Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary data and ensure consistency in reporting.  Implement and streamline processes for efficient MIS reporting.  Ensure timely and accurate delivery of MIS reports to the management team.  Support in the development and automation of reporting systems to improve operational efficiency.  Handle data reconciliation and discrepancies as required.  Assist in decision-making by providing detailed and insightful reports on business operations. Required Skills & Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, IT, or related field.  Minimum 2+ years of experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, or business analysis.  Strong knowledge of MS Excel (advanced level), including pivot tables, v-lookups, and macros.  Familiarity with MIS tools and software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.) is a plus.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  Good understanding of business processes and the ability to interpret data for decisionmaking.  Ability to work with large datasets and attention to detail.  Strong communication skills to present data findings clearly to stakeholders.  Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.  Knowledge of data management, data cleaning, and data visualization techniques. Desirable Skills:  Experience with automation tools and dashboard creation.  Knowledge of SQL or other database query languages.  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.  Experience in the e-commerce or retail industry is a plus.
