Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations. The role involves coordinating with the sales team, managing client communication, handling orders, and ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day sales activities. Key Responsibilities  Assist the sales team in daily operations and follow-up.  Coordinate with distributors, retailers, and customers for orders and deliveries.  Maintain sales records, reports, and databases accurately.  Manage order processing, tracking, and billing documentation.  Follow up on payments and support the finance team where required.  Communicate with internal departments (production, logistics, accounts) to ensure timely order fulfillment.  Prepare MIS reports, sales summaries, and performance updates.  Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.  Support planning of sales targets, meetings, and presentations. Required Skills & Qualifications  Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).  2–6 years of relevant experience in sales coordination or back-end sales support.  Strong proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM tools.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines.  Good understanding of documentation and order management.  Experience in FMCG or Food Processing industries will be an added advantage (not mandatory).
