About the Role

We are seeking a skilled **HR Recruiter** with experience in Finance or NBFC hiring. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of roles such as Sales, Credit, Operations, and Collection, Telecalling, and Backend roles. The ideal person should understand finance-sector job profiles and be able to close positions within timelines.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Handle end-to-end recruitment for finance industry roles (DSA Sales, Loan Officers, Credit Managers, Collection Executives, Operations, Telecallers).
  2. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements clearly.
  3. Source candidates from Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, references, and field sourcing.
  4. Conduct telephonic screening and schedule interviews.
  5. Maintain daily MIS and recruitment trackers.
  6. Ensure joining formalities, documentation collection, and on boarding of selected candidates.
  7. Build a strong pipeline for sales and credit roles.
  8. Maintain candidate database and ensure smooth coordination.
  9. Achieve weekly and monthly hiring targets.


Skills Required

  1. Experience in **NBFC/Finance/Banking hiring** preferred.
  2. Strong sourcing skills through job portals and field networks.
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  4. Ability to work under pressure and deliver fast closures.
  5. Good understanding of finance job profiles (Sales, Credit, Collections).
  6. Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
  7. MS Excel knowledge (basic level: MIS, trackers).

Qualifications

  1. Graduate or Postgraduate in HR/Business Administration.
  2. 1–5 years of recruitment experience, ideally in NBFC/Finance sector.
