Job Description

We are hiring a motivated and target-driven Field Sales Executive for our BFSI/Fintech operations in Uttarkashi. The candidate should have experience in distribution sales, partner onboarding, and driving business growth across financial products.

Key Responsibilities

Manage field sales and distribution channels in the Uttarkashi region.

Drive business for DMT, AEPS, CMS, FI, Bank BC, and Loan products.

Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, channel partners, and aggregators.

Onboard new partners and ensure training and activation.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Monitor performance and ensure compliance with company guidelines.

Identify new market opportunities and expand the network.

Skills Required

Good understanding of digital banking & fintech services.

Strong experience in channel sales & partner management.

Ability to build & manage B2B/B2C networks.

Excellent communication & field sales skills.

Self-driven and able to work independently.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Graduate / Postgraduate (any stream).

Fresher to 4 years of experience in BFSI/Fintech/Banking.

Experience in money transfer, AEPS, micro loans, or BC model preferred.
