1) Statutory Compliance:  Ensure compliance with all labor laws.  Oversee monthly statutory filings.  Stay updated on regulatory changes. 2) Audit & Documentation:  Manage internal and external audits.  Maintain statutory documents.  Prepare compliance reports. 3) Vendor & Third-Party Compliance:  Ensure compliance of staƯing agencies and contractors.  Monitor vendor documentation. 4) Policy & Process Governance:  Develop and update HR policies.  Conduct compliance training.  Create SOPs for compliance management. 5) Employee & Legal Support:  Address compliance queries.  Support legal team with labor-related issues.  Handle investigations and documentation. 6) Reporting & MIS:  Prepare compliance reports.  Maintain compliance trackers.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Qualifications and Skills:  Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, or related field.  5 – 7 years of HR compliance experience.  Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws.  Excellent communication and documentation skills.
