The MIS Manager is responsible for managing business data, creating dashboards, and delivering accurate reports using advanced Excel and other MIS tools.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and automate reports using **advanced Excel functions** (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, Macros).
2. Create interactive dashboards for management using Excel and BI tools.
3. Maintain and manage MIS databases to ensure accurate and timely data.
4. Analyze data to provide insights and support business decisions.
5. Work with departments to understand reporting needs and improve data workflows.
6. Ensure data quality, consistency, and security.

Qualifications:

* Strong expertise in **Advanced Excel** and dashboard creation.

* Experience with data analysis, reporting, and MIS tools.

* Knowledge of SQL and BI tools is an advantage.

* Strong analytical and communication skills.
