Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Client Relationship Manager to oversee and nurture long-term relationships with key clients. This role requires frequent travel to client sites, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, trust, and loyalty. The ideal candidate will serve as the main point of contact for client accounts, offering tailored solutions, addressing concerns promptly, and driving growth through excellent service and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities in existing and new markets.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to develop strategic growth plans.

Travel to potential clients to present company offerings and close deals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure successful deal closures.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies.

Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences.

Track sales performance, generate reports, and meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
