Lead the planning and execution of engagement initiatives across all floors of Virtual Sales to foster motivation and team cohesion. 2. Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of business summaries across all segments of the Virtual Sales channel. 3. Strengthen collaboration and communication by maintaining regular connects with Floor Managers, Assistant Managers, and Centre Heads across all units. 4. Drive continuous growth in standalone business through enhanced agent performance and optimized sales processes. 5. Demonstrate team commitment and alignment by actively participating in daily morning hurdle sessions.
