Job Description for City Manager (LAMPS)
Qualifications:

Graduate / Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Previous stakeholders/Client Management skills.
Understanding of inventory management.
2+ years of experience in Activation, experience in a Client Services/ Project Management role, working with and delivering to external clients.
 Roles & Responsibilities:

1.       Manpower hiring, Management, Coordination, screening manpower, and getting them on board at the time of requirement.
2.       Coordination with all supervisors for reports and pictures during the activity and sharing it with the client group daily.
3.       Ensuring smooth flow of coordination between POSM transporter and cabs and making sure the activity starts on time.
4.       Handle the entire city activation as one point of contact and adhering the guidelines given by the respective client.
5.       Give a day plan to your reporting manager on a daily basis.
6.       Responsible for execution, vendor management, and activation management.
7.       Stock requirements, any asset requirements to be given on time and not on end moment.
8.       Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
9.       Good communication skills.
