What you’ll be doing:
• Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned stores.
• Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed

• Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.
• Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
• Sustaining/growing sales revenue by setting/monitoring sales fundamentals monthly,

• Ensuring to manage rostering-leave attendance of employees who report to you
• Coordinating with other departments to improve customer service in every respective area.
• To guide team for expiry, non-moving and narcotic products and their processes
• Taking care of look and hygiene of respective stores
• Guiding team for selling OTC products and monthly offers
• Helping in taking people on board
