1] Must have min 10+ years of related field experience of handling Heavy duty Press shop and BIW robotic fabrication weld lines.

2] Will be responsible for complete operation of the Plant in terms of PQCDSM

3] Ensure Strategic alignment of Plant Operations with Business goals.

4] Co-ordination with team for present Line loading and future requirement / New products

5] Drive quality, process change and Lean initiatives to ensure sustained profitable operations in the unit 6] Build Positive employee relationship & Ensure customer responsive working environment.

7] Capacity Planning, Executing and Reviewing the agreed Production Plan to meet daily Targets

8] Liaising with Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, engineering & QA to ensure smooth & continuous production

9] Ensuring Efficiency of Man, Machine and Material resources as per the Targets/guidelines

10] Ensuring excellent performance during customer audits & reviews

11] Ensuring Compliance to applicable statutory/legal requirements

12] Identifying, planning and executing projects to improve upon production, quality, & Cost indices

13] Standardizing New products on Shopfloor along with technical function

14] Ensuring Compliance to Quality System in accordance to ISO9000, ISO14001, IATF 16949, TPM etc. 15] Monitoring and reviewing the performance of the Team on regular basis and motivating them to improve performance.

16] Should have excellent written and verbal communication so as to communicated at all levels internally and externally

17] Should be able to make and give presentation confidently internally and externally

18] Liaising with Customer and maintaining good business relation with them.
