As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and solutions to ensure an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about pets, loves interacting with people, and has a positive, service-oriented attitude. Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: o Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a friendly and professional manner. o Provide timely and accurate information regarding our products, services, and policies. Order Assistance: o Assist customers with order-related issues, including tracking, returns, exchanges, and cancellations. o Ensure smooth and prompt resolution of customer complaints or issues regarding orders or services. Product Support: o Provide product recommendations and answer questions related to pet care products, ensuring customers make informed decisions. Customer Satisfaction: o Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a positive and effective manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. o Follow up on customer issues to ensure they are fully resolved. Documentation & Reporting: o Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and complaints. o Provide regular feedback to management on customer concerns, trends, and suggestions for service improvements. Collaboration: o Work closely with other departments (e.g., Sales, Operations) to ensure smooth processing of orders and customer requests. Knowledge Sharing: o Keep updated on the latest products, services, and promotions offered by Fur Ball Story to assist customers effectively. Other Duties: o Assist with administrative tasks or other customer-related functions as needed. Qualifications & Skills: Experience: o 0-1 year of experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred, but freshers with a passion for customer service are welcome to apply. Educational Requirements: o Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is a plus. Skills: o Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. o Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. o Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and professionally. o Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and basic computer skills. o Positive, friendly, and customer-focused attitude. Other Requirements: o Passion for pets and knowledge of pet care products is a plus. o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. o Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. o Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends if necessary.
