Job Summary - 19k to 25k (ctc)

The Production Associate is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations, maintaining production efficiency, ensuring product quality, and following safety and company standards to meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment.
2. Perform assembly, packing, sorting, and material handling tasks as required.
3. Maintain production workflow by following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
4. Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet set specifications.
5. Identify and report machine faults or quality issues to the supervisor.
6. Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with safety guidelines.
7. Assist in inventory management and raw material movement.
8. Record production data in logs or systems accurately.
9. Support team in achieving daily and monthly production targets.
10. Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to improve productivity.

Qualifications / Requirements

1. 10th / 12th / Diploma / ITI / Any Graduate (as per company requirement)
2. Freshers or 1–3 years of experience in a factory/production environment preferred
3. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and workplace safety
4. Ability to work in shifts and perform physical tasks
5. Good communication and teamwork skills
