Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter who can efficiently

manage end-to-end recruitment and support day-to-day HR operational activities. The

ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good coordination abilities,

and a proactive approach to handling both hiring and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Responsibilities:

 Handle end-to-end recruitment for various profiles (sourcing, screening,

shortlisting, and scheduling interviews).

 Use job portals, social platforms, and internal databases for sourcing candidates.

 Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.

 Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews.

 Maintain candidate records, follow-ups, and timely closures.

 Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.

Operations Support Responsibilities:

 Assist in onboarding formalities, documentation, and employee joining

processes.

 Maintain and update employee databases, attendance, and HR records.

 Support payroll inputs by collecting attendance and leave data.

 Help in preparing HR reports, letters (offer, appointment, relieving), and MIS.

 Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related tasks and requirements.

 Assist in employee engagement activities and office administration when

required.

Required Skills & Competencies

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing methods.

 Basic knowledge of HR operations and documentation.

 Ability to multitask and work under timelines.

 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

 Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.

Preferred Background

 Experience in bulk hiring, campus hiring, or technical/non-technical recruitment.

 Exposure to HR operations, payroll support, or admin tasks
