What does Questt do?
Mobile-based platform providing homework management solutions. The platform enables teachers to assign ready-made homework or create homework through the app. The platform offers solutions for teachers such as a question bank for assigning homework tasks and insight & analytics to distinguish right and wrong answers. Additionally, the platform also offers solutions for students such as gamified homework, practice assigned tasks, and feedback on homework performance as mobile app is available for Android and iOS devices.
As our SRO, your responsibilities will be :
● Creating and managing top level sales funnel and generate leads
● Target Schools for Lead Generation
● Orientation, pre & post orientation activity, for Lead Generation
● Ensure there are enough leads for the Inside Sales team
● Maintain relationship with onboarded schools & conduct periodic cadence

● Ensure that the Team Targets are always met, and come up with additional
● conversions in case the team is lacking to meet the targets
● Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum
● productivity
● Work well with change and able to generate new ideas for program
● Organizing Events in Schools, Coachings and other K-12 Institutes for Lead generation
● Attend PTMs and meet with Parents to understand about our Product
