Job Description:

The Role: Inside Sales Representative As an Inside Sales Representative, you will own the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts, working directly with companies to deliver impactful ESG and climate-tech solutions. Your contributions will directly drive revenue growth while positioning GreenFi as a trusted sustainability partner. What Success Looks Like ● First 30 Days: Master GreenFi’s product, value proposition, and sales methodology ● 60 Days: Build a robust pipeline and close your first deals ● 90 Days: Consistently exceed monthly sales targets ● 12 Months: Earn opportunities for advancement and higher responsibility What You'll Do ● Drive Revenue Growth: Manage the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts and consistently exceed revenue targets ● Become a Trusted Advisor: Understand client challenges and ESG goals to illustrate how GreenFi delivers measurable impact ● Lead Strategic Engagements: Navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, tailoring solutions to client needs ● Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term value ● Influence Market Direction: Provide insights to the product team on client needs and ESG trends to shape GreenFi’s roadmap Who We're Looking For ● Proven sales performer as a Sales Development Rep, Account Manager, or Inside Sales Rep, preferably selling SaaS to mid-market organizations ● Skilled in consultative selling and engaging in complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders ● Strategic thinker, capable of developing account plans to drive sustained growth ● Exceptional relationship builder with key decision-makers ● Results-oriented, resilient, and intellectually curious ● Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize effectively ● Familiarity with sales tools such as HubSpot, Outreach, Zoom, or similar (preferred, not required) Requirements ● Proven track record of success in B2B SaaS sales or enterprise software ● Experience with consultative, solution-based selling ● Passion for tackling new challenges and growing in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
