Roles and Responsibilities
● Maintain relationships with onboarded schools & conduct periodic cadence call/meet.
● Ensure that the Targets are always met, and come up with additional conversions in case there is some lack in meeting the targets.
● Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity.
● Work well with change and be able to generate new ideas for the program.
● Faster conversions and reduced TAT in meet with KDMs at schools, product pitch and conversions.
● Liaison with the operations team to ensure successful onboarding of the school, parents & students by helping execute the sessions.
Nature of Work
● Field job, and travel within the territory (inter & intra city)
