Job Description:

  • Inbound/Outbound Calls II Good Communication
  • Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program
  • Answer potential clients’ questions 
  • Inform customers about the company's products/services and offers
  • Train other telemarketers when required
  • Manage inbound/ outbound customer calls in a timely manner
  • Get leads that develop into new customers
  • Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff
  • Refer customer complaints to supervisor for quality control
  • Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times
