Key Responsibilities:
 Design and develop MERN Stack applications with a focus on scalability, performance, and responsiveness.
 Break down complex problems into smaller units of work, demonstrating strong analytical skills.
 Have a clear understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript.
 Develop and maintain Rest APIs, ensuring effective data exchange and communication.
 Utilize either RDBMS (MS-SQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB) databases effectively.
 Implement responsive web applications with a keen eye for UI/UX concepts.
 Participate in local and remote sprints following Agile and Scrum methodologies.
 Utilize Git and VS Code for version control and development.
 Demonstrate knowledge of AWS, Azure, CI/CD, Gitflow, and shell scripting (considered positively).
 Implement front-end optimization and performance techniques.
 Work on overall web design considerations, including usability, accessibility, industry standards, architecture, and navigation.
Requirements:
 4+ years of experience in MERN Stack development.
 Strong analytical skills to break down complex problems.
 Clear understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript.
 Excellent grasp of data structures and Rest API development.
 Proficiency in either RDBMS (MS-SQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
 Experience in developing responsive web applications.
 Good communication skills.
 Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
 Solid grasp of UI/UX concepts.
 Experience with Git and VS Code for version control.
 Knowledge of AWS, Azure, CI/CD, Gitflow, and shell scripting (considered positively).
 Working knowledge of front-end optimization and performance techniques.
 Ability to handle multiple projects and competing deadlines.
