packaged food company.
In a world of loud claims and quiet disclaimers, we mention all the ingredients used in our
products legibly in the front of our packs, because we have nothing to hide. We don’t use any
chemical alternatives in our food, and we never need to use disclaimers.

Job Role : We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Business Partner to join our
growing organization and HR function. This role will be business partnering for Retail/Sales
function. This offline function has teams in over 8 cities currently and about 100 employees.
About the job:
 The primary job is to hire, induct and manage the lifecycle of every retail employee.
 Training, performance management, payroll management for ASMs, KAMs, SOs and
Promoters.
 Help in designing and managing retail function which includes org design, promotions,
engagement.
 Collaborate with colleagues in the human resources department to develop policies,
conduct surveys, programs, and solutions for the org.
Requirements:
 Excellent interpersonal skills and effective verbal and written communication skills
 Proven strong foundation and knowledge of principles & practice of HR
 Working experience as a Sales HRBP
 MBA preferred
