Roles and Responsibilities:

1 Set, plan, and implement events and communication campaigns for our properties.

2 Respond to customers in a timely manner. *Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews.

3 Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness.

4 Coordinate with Marketing, finance, and Ops teams.

5 Respond to customers in a timely manner. *Build relationships with customers.

Requirements -

*Proven work experience as a community management executive or similar role.

*Experience planning and leading community events initiatives.

*Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs.

*Excellent verbal communication and writing skills.

*Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

*Attention to detail, critical thinker, and problem-solver.
