Position - Ticketing Executive

Candidate should

·         Have 3-4 years of work experience in ticketing

·         Good product knowledge of touristic places around the world

·         Knowledge of (Amadeus and Galileo) preferred

·         Ability to handle crisis situation

·         Have good knowledge of travel industry; strong interpersonal, networking &Negotiation skills are necessary

·         Excellent written and spoken English and persuasion skills.

·         Be able to develop strategic pitches for Clients

·         Always act professionally and with respect.

·         Have strong interpersonal skills and ability to quickly establish rapport with people.

·         Be enthusiastic and confident communicator with a great phone personality and active listening skills.

·         Be a Problem solver and address the customer's concerns based on sales objection handling techniques.
