3. Proficiency in using Excel and Google Sheets for data management.
4. Create and manage presentations using MS PowerPoint.
5. Utilize your technical knowledge of electronics to assist customers and technicians.
6. Basic computer knowledge for seamless task execution.
7. Efficiently manage processes and tasks.
8. Excellent English communication skills for clear and effective interactions.
