Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced MIS Business Analyst with a background in sales to join our team. The
successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing sales data and providing insights to drive sales
performance. You will work closely with the sales team to understand their requirements and provide
data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of sales processes and
technology, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
● Analyze sales data and provide insights to drive sales performance
● Work closely with the sales team to understand their requirements
● Provide data-driven solutions to improve sales performance
● Create and maintain sales reports and dashboards
● Continuously evaluate and improve reporting processes to ensure optimal efficiency
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, MCA/BCA/MBA or related field
● 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Familiarity with sales processes and technology, such as CRM systems is a must.
● Experience with database systems and data analysis tools
● Experience with SQL and Excel
● Experience with reporting and dashboarding tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
Preferred Skills:
● Knowledge of statistical analysis and forecasting techniques
● Experience with data modeling and visualization
● Ability to work with large datasets and complex data structures
● Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
● Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
