 Position :- Collection Manager

 Job Overview: As a Collection Manager at Ambit Finvest, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end collection process, implementing effective strategies to recover outstanding payments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will lead a team of collection agents, monitor their performance, and collaborate with other departments to optimize the collection process.

 Key Responsibilities:

  Team Leadership:

Lead and manage a team of collection agents.

Provide guidance, training, and support to enhance team performance.

Foster a positive and motivated work environment.

 Strategy Development:

Develop and implement effective collection strategies to achieve targets.

Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Regularly review and update collection policies and procedures.

 Performance Monitoring:

Monitor and evaluate the performance of the collection team.

Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure individual and team achievements.

Take corrective actions to address performance issues.

 Customer Relations:

Work with customers to establish repayment plans and resolve issues.

Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints.

Maintain a customer-centric approach while ensuring the company's interests are protected.

 Compliance:

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Stay updated on industry best practices and changes in collection laws.

 Reporting:

Prepare regular reports on collection activities, team performance, and key metrics.

Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
