Position - Account Executive Job location – Mumbai Education Qualification :- Any Graduate Experience - 3+yrs Job Description - Verfication of credit note claim related to various Sales Channels like General Trade, Modern Trade , Institution. To get the party Masters and account opended after due verfication of supporting. To Maintain records and get the same audited. To Maintain record of Bank Guarantee and deposits related to territory and make follow up before BG Expiry for renewal or updation of credit limit in system pernding BG Renewal. To Assist in preparation of territory related provision statements. To ensure statutory compliances like TDS, GST,Etc at the time of accounting of claims. To Monitor the invoices not uploaded by the suppliers and keet the GST on hold to the tune of itc at stake. Cheaking of SS / Distributors F&F Settlement and forward to colleague for payment. Preparation of interest working for delayed payment by SS. To Make day to day coordination with other Depatments. To Prepare MIS Related to claims ,Discrepancies in Claim , Provision.
Education & Qualification : 5-7 Years Preferably with minimum 3 Years ExpereinceBranch Sales Accounting . Candidate with Exposure in GST is preferred. Soft Skills required :- Well Versed with finanacial Accounting statem software packages and microsoft word and Excel Applications.
