Job Title: Territory Manager - Sales Report to: Regional Manager Duties and Responsibilities: · Excellent communication and ability to convince others. · Focus on winning prospective customers as well as maintaining relationships with existing ones. · Generate "higher number" of "quality" leads by using innovative sources · Schedule monthly client visits in an efficient manner. · Probe the client by asking the right questions to understand his needs and document client requirements in detail. · Meet internal and client based timelines effectively. · Follow the standard sales process as trained by the company · Build and maintain cordial relationships with key decision makers in the clients’ organization. · Negotiate price and sell product at a price which gives greater profit margin to the company · Collect complete payment and other receivables by meticulous follow up and planning. · Setting and meeting personal sales targets · Producing periodic sales reports · Analyse his own sales data in excel and get insights using MS Excel. · Prepare powerful presentations. · Do market and company research comfortably over the internet. · Maintain accurate contact information on clients · Handle product and competitor related objections comfortably from senior management at clients’ side. · Contact customers who have not patronized the company’s goods or services for a while · Providing price quotes to customers when needed · Do self-analysis of his performance using sales conversion data |
