·         Responsible to attend to the enquiries over a call and interact with the customers

·         Responsible for converting the enquiries & achieve sales targets

·         Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction & to meet the TATs

·         Responsible to follow all the policies & systems of the organization

·         Ensuring quality service by following the organization standards.

·         Work directly with any Customers/Clients via phone & persuade them to purchase our products (Foreign Exchange)

Requirement:-

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales ( Any BPO sales )
• Undergraduate / Graduate Both will work
• Shift Window 8:00 am to 8:00 pm ( Any 9 hours shift ) *No night shifts*
• 6 days working & 1 Rotational week off
