Roles & Responsibilities :

• Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff
• Managing budgets.
• Dealing with customer queries and complaints
• Maintaining statistical and financial records
• Overseeing pricing and stock control
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
• Creating Business Strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic ,and enhance profitability
• Respond to customers complaints and concerns in a professional manner .
• Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in store Displays.
• Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirement and 
• Monitor inventory levels and order new items.
  Ability to develop and inspire people to achieve their best
• Ability to build rapport and trusting relationships
• Ability to understand stated and unstated needs of the customer and offer solutions
• Clear communication and active listening skills
• Ability to act as a link between strategy and execution
