Job Description:

Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
 Utilize company- provided leads, databases, and
online resources to identify potential customers
interested in secured loans.
 Initiate outbound calls to leads and prospects,
introducing loan products, assessing their needs, and
generating interest.
Product Knowledge and consultation:
 Develop in-depth knowledge of secured loan
products, specifically micro Loan Against property,
including features, benefits, terms, and eligibility
criteria.
 Clearly explain the details of secured loans to
potential customers, emphasizing how they align
with their financial requirements and goals.
 Provide accurate and comprehensive information to
customers, addressing their questions and concerns
effectively.
Application Guidance:
 Assist customers in completing loan application
forms accurately and guide them through the
necessary documentation process.
 Offer step-by-step guidance on required paperwork,
ensuring the submission of all documents for smooth
loan processing.
Relationship Building:
 Establish and maintain a strong rapport with
customers through effective communication and a
customer-centric approach.
 Cultivate a professional and trustworthy relationship
with customers, instilling confidence in the
company’s loan products.
Sales Target Achievement:
 Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, aiming for
the disbursement of approximately 5-6 loans each
month with an average ticket size of INR 5 lakhs ,
assest by the sales manager or team lead.
 Consistently follow up with leads and prospects to
convert inquires Into successful loan applications.
Data Management:
 Accurately record and maintain customer interaction
details, inquires , and feedback in the CRM System (
Leadsquared).
 Regularly update customer profiles, ensuring
accurate and up-to- date information future
reference.
