Bid Manager- Telecom Only
- RFIs/RFPs/RFQs/RFT analysis for all the government and non-government large and complex project.
- Active involvement from beginning to submission of RFP.
- Preparing pre bid queries from project, delivery, services and billing prospect.
- Capturing & highlight the risks and propose the required/mandatory changes in T&Cs.
- Deep analysis of RFPs and corrigendums for complete contract period.
- Identify & forecast the possible risk and showstoppers to national PC team.
- Create mitigation plan and propose the required/mandatory contingency & deviations.
- Planning and working closely with cross functional teams for Government and Enterprise Bids.
- Check and validate the proposed solution document, partner SOW, delivery timelines, billing, acceptance/testing criteria, SLA parameter, LD/penalty.
- Stitch end to end before bid submission for smooth delivery.
- Support and closely working with bid manager, finance team, sales team, solution team, SCM team, legal team. subcontractors/partners and other supporting functions to respond effectively to RFP/RFI.
- Sharing the RFP synopsis for won cases, partner details and SOW, internal and external critical points with respective circle team.
- Sharing the projections with back-end factory for the prospective cases to ensure their readiness and arrange the resources and inventory.
- Manpower alignment and timely onboard for project success.
- Governance and tracking for the ongoing L&C projects.
- Continuous working on to redefine the bid process.
Key Deliverables
- Process Compliance
- Validate the solution document is designed as per the RFP scope, delivery timelines, testing /acceptance criteria, billing T&Cs are defined as per industry standard.
- Evaluate & Analyze RFPs feedback to Sales/ Business Team on risks, SLAs, commercial terms, penalties, other challenges.
- Validate the technical solution and ensure the compliance from the respective product manager.
- Sharing the proposed mitigation plan, deviations, contingencies with all relevant stakeholder from commercial, solution & business.
- Planning and resourcing
- Ensure the availability of resources/partner onboard and inventory planning.
- RFP and PO T&C validation with partner/OEM Agreement.
- Highlight the customer specific requirement and milestones.
- All T&C are agreed by customer or covered under the proposed commercials or solution.
- Delivery and closure
- Governance of the project from order logging to project closure.
- Tracking and meeting the milestone.
- Highlight strongly and document the ongoing and expected challenges with internal and external customer.
- Closure and handover of the delivered project to operation team
