Outstanding Sales Value, Achievement %, Target vs DO, Target Vs Sales, DO Vs Sales . # Daily Plant wise, 
ASM wise DO Placed and dispatch detail, # Pending DO value qty, Cancel DO qty. 
Segment wise, SKU wise ASM wise, SS wise DO Qty and Value report Collecting Daily DO and colletion 
plan, Plan vs Achievement report . Daily and monthly Report to Corporate Office Region wise Monthly 
Sales report preparing . 
Regular SS Master Data sheet and SKU Master DATA sheet Upgrade and share new SKU detail to Sales 
team. # Category wise SKU Sales Report upgrade 
Other Report as per requirement of sales team member day to day 
Preparing Region and SKU wise montly Sales projection East -1 & East-11 Preparing production plan 
- Plant, Region and SKU wise Sales projection VS production plan distribut to plant 
Monthly Budget, Scheme, QPS upgrade, Value Chain 
Preparing Region wise monthly Report - Sales plan qty Vs DO placed qty Vs Dispatch qty. 
Upgrading TMR related Format Region wise -, Primary sales and send to area Head's 
Preparing monthly super stockist's closing stock value vs outstanding value report. 
Preparing Monthly MIS repot of 5 lac population city for Corporate office. Preparing Area, ASM, SO SE 
Staff 's TGT vs Achievement 
Preparing Opeing stock, Primary Sales, Secondary Sales, Closing Stock Value sales report for corporate 
office.
