Requirements:

• Should be able to connect with decision makers of the other corporate companies and should generate leads.
• Capable of handling outbound & Inbound calls and explain the product
• Candidate should have good communication skills.
• Candidate should be able to resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media
• Should Use telephones to reach out to customers
• Should Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
• should be able to speak with decision makers or HR managers of other corporate companies and should generate leads.
• Language Required: Hindi & English (Mandatory)
