Managing entire recruitment activities ->Non IT hiring
Sourcing/Head hunting profiles as per business requirement from internal and external sources ( Naukri, Monster, Employee referral and Social media – LinkedIn and Vendor Management for end to-end recruiting thereby building a strong pipeline for the current and future openings).
Managing end to end recruitment.
Working closely with the stakeholders on the recruitment needs.
Setting the expectations right to the hiring team by providing the data through market research/survey.
Maintaining the recruitment database &Sending daily updates/reports (MIS Reports) to the hiring manager on the recruitment.
Scheduling and conducting interviews in coordination with the technical panels.
Salary negotiation, offer and joining follow up. Collection of documents .
