Liaising with various govt / public officials for various licenses or any other works as needed Managing any general admin/ kitchen infrastructure projects across cities
Coordinating with various functions /departments and updating the project progress in project Trakker to be presented to management/stake holders.
Responsible for signing of vendor contract and coordinating with various vendors for day to day works and supervising the works from quality and cost perspective.
Responsible to ensure costing is approved and payment is cleared as per completion status and agreed credit terms.
Responsible for Housekeeping and cleanliness of the premises.
Responsible for security of the premises by right deployment of security personnel/ Devices as appropriate with proper documentations
Responsible to ensure all electro-mechanical daily maintenances and AMCs in place.
Responsible for maintaining robust/ active database of relevant vendors and vendor management (sourcing till payment as per contract/as agreed).
Ensuring the completion of work is done as per approved design and specifications.
Responsible for managing staff accommodations (sourcing rental accommodation, rental agreement, payment, staff facilities etc.)
Working with management/HO-team for various relevant reporting/requirements
