Job Description:

Develop New vendors
Purchase cycle as a whole
Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
Request quotes and compare prices for maximum ROI. Negotiate contract terms of agreement and
pricing.
Arranging freight & Transport material to vessel after obtaining required permissions
Track orders and ensure timely delivery
Review quality of purchased products
Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analysis
Monitor stock levels and place orders as and when needed based on Indents received
Maintain and Review Purchasing, Shipping, and Receiving Records
Analyze potential vendors and suppliers for future project needs
Ensure all deliveries contain all goods ordered
Generating MIS reports for management ( MIS / KPI)
