Role-Hyperion Planning (Oracle) Relevant experience: 8-10 years Work Location: Remote Duration: 6plus months Contract or CTH after 6 months(preferable full time) Work timings: 2PM to 11PM IST Rate - 1.6 to 2 LPM No of Positions: 3 Joining date: Immediate Hyperion - Techno functional position Work with product owners and finance & HR partners to gather business requirements, architect solution to develop, support EPM(Enterprise Performance Management) suite of products in on-prem and cloud including - Knowledge, Skills & Abilities * Hyperion Essbase/Planning * Oracle EPBCS(Enterprise Planning & Budgeting Cloud Services) - Workforce Planning, Financial Planning, Capex & Project Planning * EDMCS(Enterprise Data Management Cloud Services) * PCMCS(Profitability & Cost Management) * HFR(Hyperion Financial Reporting), Web Forms * EPRCS(Oracle Enterprise Performance Reporting Cloud Service) * Design & Implementations of custom and module-based applications in Oracle EMP cloud * Strong knowledge and hands on working experience of designing, supporting of RDBMS, MDBMS, OLAP & OLTP systems * Working experience of ETL process and designing datamart * Working experience of Oracle SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, EPM Automate, MaxL, Business Rules, Calculation Scripts, Load rules, application migration in different environments, cloning cloud environment, database back up, designing security * Cloud Data Management, Data Exchange, Smart lists * Designing dashboards in cloud * Strong knowledge and experience in Groovy * Design & Support Narrative reporting * Knowledge of EBS systems - GL & Consolidation. * Experience in reporting systems like Tableau, OBIEE is a plus Roles & Responsibilities * Work closely with Finance accounting and FP&A team to manage financial close processes, annual operating planning, forecasting * Manage on-prem and cloud systems with high availability to support major financial reports for SEC reporting, internal management reporting * Provide a combination of technical and business expertise to EPM and upstream/downstream applications to assist with the implementation of strategic business needs * Serve as the first point of contact for finance/accounting to support their reporting needs to
improve/design new business processes * Run audit reports to maintain clean and accurate data across various financial processes * Provide reporting and analytics for reliable access to high-quality data * Manage the development and maintenance of reporting and project documentation * Crate data and process flow diagrams to facilitate design discussions for system enhancements, M&A * Support in designing of training material and conduct internal training sessions for business users on reporting analysis in Finance and accounting areas * Support and develop user acceptance testing plan, coordinate testing and document test results of new systems/reporting functionality and processes * Oversee an effective change management process to facilitate adoption of new requirements --
