Designation: Production Sr. Executive/ Assistant Manager

• Experience: 5 to 7 years in Namkeens Industry.

• Education: Preferably BE - Food Tech./ BE - mechanical / BE Production / MBA Production/ M.sc /B.Sc.

• Age: 28 to 35 Years
• Location: Bharuch, Gujarat
• Duties & Responsibilities:

• 1. Achieve Production targets, at minimum costs and ensuring 100% Food Safety and Quality.
  2. To streamline processes so that optimum capacity utilization can be done. Monitor and improve systems, for optimum utilization of the supervisors, operators and workers.
  3. Monitor and improve systems for reduction of all types of wastages. Plan cost cuttings at operations level.
  4. Understand operations of all machines
  5. Constantly train operators to run machines effectively.
  6. Review preventive maintenance plans and ensure that the same are followed effectively.
