We have opening for Marketing & Sales Promotion Coordinator and we need your assistance to close the position. Role(s) - Managing and coordinating all marketing & sales promotion activities based on the marketing plan, including all execution related coordination and implementation. Key responsibilities – While majority of the job profile will be an office related profile, but in some cases, the candidate may need to attend & supervise events at the project sites, exhibitions etc. based on the need & requirement to attend these events. Out of office responsibilities will be need based and will not stretch beyond office working hours (especially critical when evaluating female candidates are concerned) Marketing & Sales promotion activities execution – Taking complete charge & responsibility of coordination, execution & monitoring of all activities as per the marketing & sales plan Vendor Management – Vendor identification based on the marketing activity, coordinating with vendors for quotations including final negotiations, follow up for execution and implementation of the activities assigned to the vendor. Ensure timely execution of the activities as per the deadlines Sales Team Coordination – Coordinating with Sales Head & Sales Team for execution and implementation of various sales promotion activities as per the deadlines
Agency coordination & management –
Coordinating with various agencies (Ad Agency / Social Media Agency / PR
Agency / Event Agency / other related agencies) for managing
implementation of activities assigned to the agency(s). Follow ups to
ensure timely execution of the activities as per the deadlines
Marketing MIS and other reports –
Maintaining all marketing MIS reports as per formats defined and briefed
Coordinating with HOD & Sales Team for sales reports as per formats
defined and briefed
Creating & submitting marketing & sales promotion activity progress reports
on weekly basis as per formats defined and briefed
In essence, taking complete responsibility of implementation, execution &
monitoring of all marketing & sales promotion activities
Key skills -
Time management and multi-tasking skills
Team player with good interpersonal skills
Attention to detail
A believer of following systems, processes and SOP’s (standard operating
procedures)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Basic & fundamental understanding of Social Media & Digital Marketing
(the person doesn’t have to execute any social media or digital marketing –
this will be done by the agency hired by us. But it is important that the
person has subject matter understanding)
Good communication skills in English (written and spoken), Hindi & Marathi
Experience -
3-5 years of experience in above role with proven track record
Preferred candidates with prior experience in similar role or candidates with
background from event management companies / advertising agencies can
also be considered.
