Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Selection:


Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and job portals.
Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates.
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules; arrange travel, lodging, and meals.
Evaluate recruitment and selection processes, recommending improvements as needed.
Onboarding and Orientation:


Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
Prepare all new hire paperwork, ensuring all documents are completed accurately and promptly.
Ensure smooth onboarding experience for new employees, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
Employee Relations:


Act as a point of contact for employee grievances, concerns, and suggestions.
Facilitate effective communication between management and employees.
Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and disciplinary issues in a fair and timely manner.
Performance Management:


Support the performance appraisal process by providing necessary documentation and assistance to managers.
Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback as needed.
Assist in developing and implementing performance improvement plans.
HR Administration:


Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Prepare and submit HR reports as required.
Assist in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment within a manufacturing company.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
