Experience: Minimum 1 year in Recruitment within a manufacturing company

Key Responsibilities:

·        Recruitment and Selection

·        Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and job portals.

·        Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.

·        Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter       candidates.

·        Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.

·        Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules; arrange travel, lodging, and meals.

·        Evaluate recruitment and selection processes, recommending improvements as needed.
