Responsibilities:

• Design and implement visually appealing and responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS frameworks (Bootstrap v4 & 5), and JavaScript libraries.
• Develop and manage well-functioning, scalable web applications in a CMS environment.
• Ensure high-quality graphics standards and brand consistency.
• Write efficient, testable, and reusable code.
• Collaborate closely with web designers and back-end developers to ensure coherent and seamless user experiences.
• Stay abreast of and incorporate new technologies and frameworks related to front-end development.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications across multiple browsers and platforms.
• Understand and implement SEO principles in web development.
• Ensure all work produced is compatible with a range of screen sizes (mobile, tablet, desktop)
• Basic understanding of backend programming languages such a PHP, C#

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (preferred but not required).
• Demonstrable experience in frontend web development, particularly with JavaScript UI libraries and CSS frameworks like Bootstrap v4 & v5.
• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms and their customization.
• High understanding of CSS pre-processing platforms, such as SASS.
• Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team or work solo.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with frontend frameworks like Angular and Vue.js.
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Azure Dev Ops.
• Knowledge of Visual Studio
• Background knowledge of C# programming language
